We’ll begin by exploring lines and discovering our intuitive approach to drawing. We will then experience the act of writing as independent from the act of reading. This is a more complex exercise that involves becoming conscious of how deeply we have interiorized the linearity of writing.

We will then move out of representation and out of symbols. The bridge being the abstract line, that which opens drawing and writing to a communication that goes far beyond the codified language, and much more…

The course is open to everybody. There will be two groups, one meeting in the mornings (9am to 11am Rome time zone) and one meeting in the evenings (5pm to 7pm Rome time zone). Each group will have maximum 15 students.
